The BATCO cages store in their collapsable form only 2ft off the wall and can easily be brought out to its full length and then put away so that space can be reused. The cage itself is the absolute best quality with a heavy-duty steel frame, number 42 net. The extra width options allow coaches to use drills, crossways and get up to four sets of players inside doing soft toss, tee work, front toss, and hitting drills. Then the coach can add to the outside of the cage the same hitting drills and get up to eight or nine pairs all working at the same time. It certainly gives the coach the ability to use their time better. We can custom create BATCO cage widths that you want, decreasing the width from the standard 18ft width down to 14ft wide to fit established pads and where you are replacing batting cages. Along with any custom length a coach would need.
We don't want to diminish its usage outdoors as there are certainly cases where we need to collapse it outside, normally that's for security. When we want to be able to close it up for the winter and store the BATCO outside, the BATCO has a huge advantage with its ability to collapse. Did your shipment arrive damaged or defective?
Please report damaged or defective merchandise to us immediately by email phone. Photos of the items and the packaging would be greatly appreciated. This will speed up our resolution process. We strongly recommend at the time of delivery, if your notice any packages that look dented, crushed or just not right, open them immediately and inspect the contents. If the contents appear to be damaged, please notate it on the delivery ticket, refuse that item only and contact us as soon as possible for instructions.
30 Day Returns and Cancellation Policy:
Refunds on cancelled orders will be paid back to the card that the order was placed on. You have 30 days from the day the order was placed to return your product. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
If a delivery is refused for any reason other than a damaged product, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the card on file. Returns are accepted within the first 30 days of purchase but subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Amazing Bag
This bag is the bag of all bags. You can fit so much gear in it and still have extra room. My son has all his catchers gear and all that it entails, 3 gloves, batting helmet, cleats, turf shoes, warm up equipment, 3 bats, baseballs,cooling fan, plus water and still has plenty of room left for more. The wheels are big enough so the bottom does notget dragged along the ground to scrap it up. There is nothing negative about this bag. Very worth the money I paid for it and my 15 yr old loves it.

Misleading Markers
The missile markers are a must for multiple fields. Having used these markers, I have cut the marking time by 80% The markers themselves do not get in the way. Ball players don’t even know they are in the ground. These time saving markers are well worth the minimal cost, Great product!
Great Machine For The Price
I purchased this item as a Christmas present for my grandson. Unit was the cheapest compared to other sites by quite a bit. This item is so popular that Mario sent me a text stating that they sold out and the product was on backorder. I was provided several options but chose to wait since I had plenty of time before Christmas. I did get my unit quicker than expected and would shop here again in a heartbeat. Great Customer Service; Great Product
Bought the Bullet Combo L Screen for a backyard batting cage, The customer service folks answered my questions on a Saturday. The Screen was on my doorstep on Friday. My 13yr old put the screen together in about an hour and we put it to use with some other kids on his team. The screen is very well made and solid. Took a bunch of line drives without any issues.
The combo screen is a unique and great design. It allows for both front toss and overhand pitching. Would highly recommend both the screen and better baseball. When the season gets going out here in California, we will be using Better Baseball again.
